AIM Buddies

Have you logged into AIM lately? Well, if you have you met 2 new “buddies” that have been added to your list. They are Moviefone and ShoppingBuddy. I guess they want me to have IM conversations with some bot to find a movie or gift to buy for Christmas.

It really looks like this thing would be a pain to try and use. I can’t see anyone actually using this over a simple google/froogle/amazon search. Thanks AOL for the spam.
